The item must arrive in our facility within 10 days after your return number has been issued or it will not be valid for a return credit. It is very important that you write your return authorization number on the outside of the packaging. Always return your item using a tracking number and insurance. We will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages. Please package your item properly.
